awful. i will begin by saying that i was paying out of pocket for all appointments and prescriptions. at the beginning of the year i began taking medication for adhd with a doctor from here. the doctor, knowing this medication could cause weight loss and be very dangerous, had not asked many questions or seemed too concerned for the first few months. i was not asked anything. all i got was a call once a month asking what pills i needed refilled. when i finally told him i had been eating somewhere around 500 calories a day some days and almost passing out because of the medication and it’s impact on my eating i was told there was not much he could do. this problem was SEVERE but there was no concern at the other end of the phone. i was facing a really big issue and finally told my doctor about it and he had no ideas of how to help me. if i had not had a past in eating issues and knew how to help myself (along with the help of my friends who had to sit with me and make me eat) i could have ended up in the hospital. this doctor did not know who he was talking to. he did not know me. i started my treatment during covid, so we had only ever talked to me on the phone. i warn anyone who goes here for prescription medicine to take care of yourselves! the doctor i dealt with here did not take care of me and if i had not been checking up on myself i could have gotten very hurt. BUT IT DOESN'T END HERE.... after this happened i had realized that this doctor was not going to take care of me and he was just here to give me my meds. i was fine with that. a few weeks after i had told him about my eating, he told me he would be unreachable for the summer and he would give me a prescription to last me the summer. i thought this was disgusting that he knew about my issues and kind of abandoned me. he told me if i needed anyone i could call health services. MIGHT I ADD HE KNEW I LIVED IN AMERICA. i thought nothing of it. if i could get my prescription for the summer and didn’t have to waste my time once a month with a phone call that did no good, it was going to be fine. that was until i noticed my pills getting low. mind you, i should have done the math before leaving, but i was incredibly stressed at the end of the year and assumed that my DOCTOR who knew i lived in another country would give me enough pills to last the summer. if he was going MIA for 4 months the least he could do was finish his work properly. i called the health office reception and they were immediately rude to me. talking too quiet and when i asked him to repeat (politely) they did so with an attitude. i was then told to get a doctor here to get me a prescription (i do not have health insurance here and adhd meds are expensive) i also start summer school next week and now do not have medication. it says on the bottle not to stop use without a doctor... allowing a patient to not have treatment for four months while not giving enough pills to last that long and letting them go through withdrawal alone is completely unprofessional and disgusting. if you have to go here for any reason please be careful! prepare to be screwed over.

Horrific. Doctors would not listen to my experiences, I was misdiagnosed several times and was put on several different medications that didn't even treat my symptoms. Avoid at all cost.

After a 40 minute hold on the phone, when I told the receptionist I dislocated my knee over the weekend and need to be inspected by my primary care doctor, they responded that the best they could do would be a telephone appointment 8 days later. Their utter incapacity to prioritize renders them essentially useless for any serious medical concerns -- if you're a university student and need anything other than a routine prescription refill, go elsewhere.

They make you wait for 45 minutes, just for someone to pick up the call and not talk. Multiple times. Absolutely disrespectful to the patient.

Waited for 1 hour to be called for a 15 minute phone appointment, but nobody called or emailed. I called them and waited on hold for another 20 minutes and when they finally picked up, they hung up immediately. Called again and waited another 20 minutes only to go straight to voicemail. Horrible experience, I wasted my morning for a 15 minute appointment that never happened. Update: I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars because in the past couple months, the doctor there has been very knowledgeable and supportive, and has ensured the staff reach out for follow ups consistently. The last administrative employee who reached out to me was very friendly and ensured I had all the information I needed. It's evident that the team there has been trying to improve and I appreciate that.

I called and waited 30 minutes on the phone and when they picked up they greeted me and proceeded to not say anything else for another 10 minutes and offered no explanation of why they weren’t responding. So just silence in the phone. They scheduled me for an appointment three weeks from that day and when that day came they cancelled my appointment two hours before it was supposed to happen because β€œthe doctor wasn’t in that day”. They sent an email to me saying if I wanted to I could call and book another appointment in my time (so waste another hour or more setting up an appointment that THEY cancelled in the first place and will probably cancel again in the future.) Absolutely horribly unprofessional, inconsiderate, and embarrassing on their part.

Extremely long hold times on the phone and to make that even better you HAVE to call to book an appointment, reschedule, ask questions, literally anything. Takes weeks to get an appointment, so inefficient. I asked for a specialist and got given a family care doctor without them telling me. I’ve had multiple issues with doctors not sending my prescriptions to my pharmacy properly. So disappointing.

I am facing the skin issue. When I booked the appointment, the staff said the address is 214 college street. Ok I think it is in person (but actually it is not clearly pointed that it is in person, just said the address). But several days before the appointment (of course after the phone call to book the appointment), they sent me an email to say this: ALL Health & Wellness appointments are virtual – either via video or by phone. If your care provider needs you to come to the clinic in person, WE WILL CONTACT YOU to make the arrangement. From my understanding, it is saying that my appointments should be on the video. OK They changed the rule. That is fine with me. And They also said if I need to see the doctor in person they will contact me. But nobody contacted me. So I waited at home for the virtual meeting. But on that day, no one send me the meeting link and came to the meeting. Then I contact with clinic after 30 minutes(of course follow their requirement), the staff said oh, that email is old. This is most ridiculous reason for this disorganization. This is the worst service I ever seen. So, do not go to this clinic.
