Price is right and quality is good.
Follow up service crew to address any issues is a nice feature they offer.

Sent pictures of the repair I needed done and submitted my request. I got an e mail saying that Penco was reviewing my request.
5 days later.....not a peep from anyone.
Turns out that Penco is not very responsive to request(maybe the job is too small).....an answer either way would have been nice.

Their service guy communicated well, was very professional and clean on site and his finished work was excellent.
Would highly recommend.
