I've been a patient for 20+ years. Dr. Lanoway is caring, gentle, ethical, and does solid work.

Dr. Sroay is very kind and knowledgable. She pays attention to detail and pointed out little things that my other dentist didn't. The clinic was clean and the staff was kind and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Sroay if you're looking for a caring and knowledgable Dentist.

Very knowledgeable dentist. Made me feel comfortable in the chair, explained everything to me so I could understand what was happening. She was patient and the staff are very friendly. I even took my children to see her and they loved her. Dr.Sroay is one of the best dentists I have been to.

I have been a client with Dr. Lanoway for about 30 years and never had a complaint. He was great, I hope he has a great retirement. I was at Pembina Trails Dental Clinic mid March for a cleaning and exam. An x-ray of all my teeth were done. The dentist found a filling that needed repair, was done at that time. When I got home I found that I had a chipped filling that wasn't there before I went. It was the first molar on the outside on the right side. I can see that tooth every time I look in the mirror. It now had a line ( ridge ) going across it, which I could feel with my tongue. I talked to the Dentist the next day about the line ( ridge ) that I didn't have before. The dentist told me that it was not a filling that it was plaque. I replied that she had not seen it yet, so how can you say that. The dentist replied that she did see it. So that went back and forth for a bit at which time I said I will go to another dentist and bring her the bill for repair. She said I was welcome to go see another dentist. I did the next day. That dentist found that it was a filling. They had a high definition camera and took a picture of the tooth. It clearly showed it was a filling (white filling). The dentist said it was the part that feathers out over the tooth to make it smooth. The dentist said he could smooth it out, but said it might leak because of being lifted. The dentist smoothed out the ridge and now there is no line that could be seen. It only cost $55 so I won't be bringing the bill to Pembina Trails Dental and I also will not be stepping into that place again. Everyone is good when there are no problems. But when there are problems that is when you find out how good they handle their business. This business failed badly.

Knowledgeable, caring and very professional. Dr. Sroay maintains excellent quality in her checks and is timely as well. The support staff Nancy and Linda are quite helpful and welcoming. Hoping to see everything maintained over time.
