โ โ โ โ โ For the most part, I have loved coming to this store. The staff is normally great, but there is one guy that is so rude, treats you like an inconvenience, and makes you feel totally stupid if you ask a question. Iโve dealt with him before but today was another level. He tried to fight with me - when I was right - and seemed annoyed he had to get up actually do his job. It was bad enough for me to write this review.
Next time I come in and see him working, I will walk right out and go somewhere else.

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing spot. Weekly deals. Incredible sales and selection of juices and gear. The staff here are great human beings and can relate to all levels of experience for vapers. They try very hard make sure you get what you need and help you make a decision as to what you want. Store manager here is a great, knowledgeable person that has tremendous experience in the industry. Good job folks!

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service! I can't believe that little punk still works there. Clearly the guy just loves his "chill" job too much and doesn't care too much about pleasing the customer. I was outside and called and asked if there were any sales. He told me no. I responded and asked if there was any clearance bin items and he said there was but there's just too many for him to list so unless I know what I want, I'm out of luck. I can't go in the store due to code red, this kid doesn't have a single person in the store and was vaping on the couch with no mask on, INDOORS, but doesn't have the time to name off of a few juices? Unreal. I will never go to Vape Haven again. Cold Turkey and Fat Panda is where you get REAL service. Employees who care.
