★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order for $220 and because they don't update their inventory on their website, a $5 piece was removed from my order. Because of their incompetence I was forced to cancel the entire order and now I am waiting a week for my refund. Very unprofessional service, instead of sourcing the part like any other company would do they instead told me that they have none. They also tried to replace another part of the order with something completely different than what I ordered. If you're looking for good customer service, steer clear. Just to be clear, if you call a customer to discuss changes in the order and they don't answer, standard protocol would be to cancel the entire order instead of charging the customer for things they didn't ask for. 0 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience for hookah accessories. Got a new bowl, broke the first time, didn't refund. They don't allow to check the product before buying due to COVID. The bowl changed colors on first wash, and had cracks all over it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has excellent variety, the stuff is great, I gave it a 3 start because one of their manager's is so grumpy and does not like to be as nice as their employees are. Thankfully they are lots of other stores to go shopping. Don't bring home to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Ontario so I did online shopping. Bought 2 bottles of bong cleaner for a good price but shipping isn't super fast. Took 3 business days for the company to ship " 2 bottles " of cleaner from their warehouse. I worked at warehouses and it was always super fast paced to get every order out, if I took 3 days on a customer order I would be fired lol. Once the item is on the courier transport it's pretty fast. Just takes long for the joint cannabis to ship items from their warehouse . My preference is to stay local because of the long wait time

I bought a bunch of hemp wraps and I was very happy with my purchase and the time it took to be delivered. Costumer service was also excellent, highly recommend to anyone look for some good products at good prices!
