If you are a new comer and need documents to be notarized by commissioner of oath, this is the place u need to go, besides they do have a lot of other services for new comers to canada. I will recommend all new comers to canada to visit this organization and receive all the help they need to settle in one of the best countries in this world--CANADA.

Half of them hate working there, the other half don't actually do anything then ask you twice a year if you found anything yourself/to cancel their services*.
*They will offer you email news letters and other information found on google...they're like a HID for google...
Strongly suggest you register with a different organization, as their are 2 others 5mins away that will actually help you.
