I not completely happy with the results, felt like it was rushed and not properly cut, trim and buffed. Even for natural nails. I didn’t want any colour. It’s been a while since I gone to a nail salon but I excepted more. Maybe I just got a new person. One good thing was being able to book late last night for this morning it was fast simple. I like the convenience of it.

Had service done Friday arrived to destination at 4pm Saturday my index finger was already lifting, by day two my pinky toe polish completely off day 3 index finger that was lifting came off, late that evening my ring toe polish on opposite foot came off, by day 4 both my ring and middle nail polish starting to lift and come off while on other hand index and ring. Not even a full week and everything i paid for ... was all for nothing. Waxing experience horrible - not sanitary Very unhappy with the service here

I came 10 mins before my our yime because we have a busy day. We were not greeted, and the lady comes out and says you have an appointment and i said yes and then she left for 20 mins. Nothing no other things were said. I had to find her in the rooms to ask her whats going on and finally she said the other girls are late sorry and she cant do it today. What an aweful experience. I wouldnt trust going there again. I went across the street to DKM and they helped out and saved the day.

They rushed through my manual care and Nicked my nail which is now an open wound and sore. I didn't see them clean any of the tools that they used which was of disgusting. And what was sad about the store was there was 5 Esthetician Rushing through the clients that they had at the In front of them... The lady I had didn't do all of the things A manicure involves. It really disappointed in their quality and customer service.
S	Stephanie Speer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ update gave it another try for my newborn photoshoot but went with regular polish this time since I spent so much last time and it didn't last. Well he clearly was rushing it and made the coat too thick because hour AFTER I got home I easily accidentally made an imprint on it like the polish bunched up. No time to get them fixed and now ruined nails for my photoshoot. Such a waste of money ? Got shellac manicure and regular pedicure. Thought it was great but my fingers were chipping the next day and now its really peeling off. Such a waste of money, really disappointed ? they didn't start the polish up high enough as well that it instantly looks grown out. Got it done Wednesday, today is Sunday but the chip started Thursday.

I’ve been going here for 2 years and I have never been disappointed. They are the best of the best! I definitely recommend coming here. Everyone who works here makes you feel like your apart of a big family.

I’ve been to almost all the nail salons in this town and I have not one complaint about pedi n nails and I am obsessed. First off, when I arrived I was seated right away at my appointment time and then the woman who did my nails looked at my photos and did exactly what I asked for. She was meticulous, didn’t rush but wasn’t super slow, she kept making sure I was happy with the nails as well. She was very polite and I will only be coming here from now on. To be honest I was looking around the whole time at other clients nails being done to see if this was a fluke and I just got the good lady but every single nail tech in there was killing it. 10/10 recommend.
