★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sluffed off by the woman I asked to help me find an item. After circling around, I asked again. She rudely pointed and said, "It's RIGHT where I told you". I intended to tell the cashier that customer relations are not her strong suit. But then I was ignored by the cashier, who then proceeded to engage in a new conversation with the first woman while I was waiting to pay. Then she answered the phone. I left my items at the till and went to Home Hardware, where they were, as always, very helpful, and gave them a tip!
