UPDATE: 15 mins after my 1 star review the owner of the company called me! Beside the deepest of apologies he opened the call with, he informed me that there was a recent staff change (because of the very thing I originally posted the 1 star review for) and was more than willing to rectify my issues immediately. Within 12hrs the manager called me and I was at their location! They made every attempt to identify and fix anything I was unhappy about and again I recieved the sincerest apologies. So I can't hold to my initial review, clearly the owner fixed the problems as soon as he became aware and in addition is making every attempt to make good with unhappy customers once he knows about them. -- original review -- Pretty terrible service on my repair, with the repair itself being very sub par (they improperly installed parts, installed broken parts, etc). I tried on multiple occasions returning to them to have their repair fixed and I was told they'd book something immediately, only to never hear from them again. Sad thing is, my neighbor tried to warn me before I brought my car there. I would not recommend. Repair aside, the people were friendly when dealing with them, strange.

STAY AWAY!!! I picked up my car yesterday in worse condition than the time I dropped it off to their location with a missing part just because of I decided not go with them to get my car repaired and also complaint about their service on the phone. My hood was left open with loosed parts and cables as if it was sitting in a junk yard. Once you drop your car off forget about reaching anyone to get an update about car and what's going on. They don't answer the phones and never return voicemails. Insurance denied their appraisals for 3 weeks because of their high rates. In my opinion, all they care is how much they can get from your insurance and they do not care about your car definitely.

I was totally shocked when I heard my wife was in an accident back in December. I rushed to see her at the hospital, she was ok, pretty banged up but ok, now I could check the car. I had already called my insurance but I called CSN Reid Brothers to get some information of how things work. The manager was quite good at remaining calm and slowed things down for me. He did give some information of how things work. I had called my insurance and they told me they had already taken care of things, and the car was picked up next day, in Smith Falls In a scary situation like this it was nice to have someone take the time, be understanding, be calm and give some good advice and reassurance that things would be ok. After dealing with you in Arnprior I did have the option to bring my vehicle there but as my insurance (Wawanesa) was called and they were very caring and took care of the situation right away, I continued to let them handle everything. They wrote my car off and I don't think bringing it to Arnprior would have made a difference but knowing it is my choice is very good to know. Thank you guys Bryan

Excellent service and great repair! Had my Equinox repaired at CSN Reid Bro’s and everything was awesome from getting the estimate until my car was fixed. They made sure everything was fixed properly and the new office team kept me informed along the way to let me know how it was going. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this shop at all. I felt confident using this business because I bought my truck brand new from Reid Bros. It was damaged by a third party which they dealt with directly on my behalf to negotiate the repair, this and the fact all the staff and shop guys we interacted with were friendly is the ONLY reason I gave a 2 stars review and not 1. Firstly, it took twice as long to get my truck back then what they quoted me for because one guy decided to "take time off without notice" and the work I got back was sloppy to say the least. My truck bed, inside tailgate and bed rail covers are covered in white mist spray which I can only assume is primer spray back from a lazy job where the truck was not properly protected. There is also drips of a pastel green on the inside of my tail gate (someone else's car paint drips?), there is a piece of debris painted into my truck in at least one spot and the sanding of my old paint to blend the new paint was not done correctly. You can see the sandpaper scratches under the new paint job! They completely missed blending the rough grit to fine grit on one section of my truck. I didn't write this review for a while, I thought it would bother me less as time went on but honestly, it doesn't. I'm still pretty ticked off. My truck was new of the lot only a few months when it was scratched up getting serviced at another business. I really expected better care and attention then I received for a 50k truck. I like the service crew at Reid Bros, so for now I continue to go for my maintenance there. In honesty, I would not rule out going to Beans for future maintenance or purchase. I would never use the collision center again though. Although they were friendly and easy to deal in the end if the work is not good that really doesn't matter. It's just an even bigger let down. I've had work done at another place before in Kanata on a Cavalier that was not worth half of what my truck is, and the work was flawless. Go anywhere else.

This review is from my neighbor Vito: I bought my GMC Canynon truck at Reid Bros in 2018. A deer hit my truck and I went to CSN - Reid Bros Collision (392 Daniel Street S) for repairs. Went there twice and wasn't happy with the job done. However, when Trevor the owner learned about my concern, he has reached out and asked for a second chance. I returned yesterday and my truck was ready for pickup the same day. Great job and thoroughly spotless. Trevor has also offered me a $300 gift certificate. I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation. Thank you.

My car was in a hit and run and CSN Reid Bros was very efficient and great to deal with. My car was in and had a quote the day i contacted them, and once approved with my insurance was in to be fixed 3 days later. Great customer service and they did a fantastic job with the repairs. My car was even cleaner on the inside when i picked it up!

Reid Brothers Collision Centre has repaired my vehicle twice now over the years after getting in an accident. My most recent visit I was greeted by a young lady named Emily who was very professional and knowledgeable about the steps and process that would be needed to repair my car. She answered all of my questions and concerns in great detail. The Repair job was great and completed a week before the promised date. Was happy to get not one but two follow up calls from Emily checking in on the work after it was completed.
