★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initialement j’ai été bien conseillé pour ma commande. Ensuite, TRÈS mauvais service à la clientèle: on m’appelle deux fois en début de semaine pour me dire que ma vitre est prête. Lorsque je téléphone, on me dit ne m’avoir jamais appelé et que la vitre n’est pas prête. Un peu plus tard dans la semaine, on m’appelle pour me dire qu’elle sera prête avant vendredi et surprise, aujourd’hui vendredi, on m’appelle pour me dire que ça ira à la semaine prochaine. Ils se moquent complètement de leurs clients, je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit.
Initially I was well advised for my order. Then, VERY bad customer service: I get called twice at the start of the week to tell me my window is ready. When I call I am told that I have never called and the window is not ready. A little later in the week, they call to tell me that she will be ready by Friday and surprise, today Friday, they call me to tell me that it will be fine until next week. They couldn't care less about their customers, I don't recommend this place at all.
