The staff are very friendly, the vets explain well. It's clean, they disinfect everything between each customer. The price is reasonable.

Ça t'ajoute des tests, sa oublie de te rappeler quand tu as besoin d'eux, j'ai payer pr une consultation complete de base pour qu'elle verifie ses oreilles et les vet n'ont meme pas regarder ses oreilles ! Ils se sont contenter de me vendre un vermifuge et un autres produits qui fait faire des allergies a mon chien! je voulais simplement lui faire un test d'urine car elle fait des mini goutte et j'etait OBLIGER de payer pour avoir un test general si je voulais faire un test d'urine...... je ne pouvais pas JUSTE faire le test d'urine.... Encore 150$ dans le beurre ! ses oreilles sont toute rouge et sa pubre bedaine plaqué et boutonné.... extrêmement déçu c'est fini pour moi et 3 autres de mes amis pour cette clinique I've been a customer for 4 years and I've never been so disappointed with customer service like this..... It adds tests to you, it forgets to call you back when you need them, I paid for a full basic consultation to have her checked her ears and the vets didn't even have to look at her ears! They just sold me a dewormer and other products that caused my dog to have allergies! I just wanted to give her a urine test because she has mini drops and I HAD to pay to have a general test if I wanted to do a urine test...... I couldn't JUST do the urine test.... Another $150 in the butter! his ears are all red and his pubic belly is flattened and buttoned.... extremely disappointed it's over for me and 3 other of my friends for this clinic

Nous avons cependant eu un service exemplaire, plusieurs suivis téléphoniques du vétérinaire même. Ils ont fait preuve d'humanisme et je suis contente qu'ils se soient préoccupés de l'état de mon chat, c'est leur travail vous direz mais j'ai vu plus d'un vétérinaire et ce n'est pas comme ça partout. Merci de votre service malgré tout et nous avoir accompagné dans tout ça. We were at this clinic for the first time for our cat who had kidney failure, we tried to cure him with medication, however his condition was too serious to be cured. However, we had exemplary service, several telephone follow-ups from the veterinarian himself. They showed humanism and I am happy that they were concerned about the condition of my cat, it is their job you will say but I saw more than one vet and it is not like that all over. Thank you for your service despite everything and for accompanying us in all this.
