A	Alina Jacob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and the staff are awesome. The nurse who admitted me at night was very caring and comforting. I was there in September 2016 and I still remember them. I was not able to thank the nurses and doctor and I feel really sorry for that.

K	Kayla Quistberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I found them very unorganized. I had my dating ultrasound and when I went in for follow up they had NOTHING written down. The Dr would explain and then was like "okay bye" and left the room .. never asked if I had any questions and this is my first pregnancy, so I had many. When I went in for detailed ultrasound I wanted to know the gender. The ultrasound tech couldn't tell me But said she would fax it over and I could just walk over there and get the gender.. never happened. Had to wait for a phone call. Lots of other things just kept turning me off from this place, and it takes alot for me to actually hate something so much. I left feeling miserable. Even my husband didn't want me going back. I ended up switching after the dating ultrasound to Abbotsford maternity (Love them!) And they wanted me to call to get my filed faxed over.. so I called the Wednesday asking them to fax my file over and when I went in for my apt at Abby.. peace arch never faxed over my file.. BRAVO peace arch. Very incompetent.

The staff was incredibly patient with us and answered all the questions we had for them. I can't say enough good things about the staff here. There are some very kind and compassionate people here.
J	Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero star if I could. We had to wait at least an hour every single time we went. The receptionist was super rude, always gave people attitude. We eventually transferred out to another midwifery, wife was so happy and wished we did it earlier. However, it took forever for peace arch maternity to transfer our file over, had to make multiple phone call and took almost a month! Very unorganized. Doctors were nice tho. I would not recommend this place at all.

They went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and good about everything. Even their on-call doctors were amazing, and I can't imagine having gone through my pregnancy and L&D anywhere else.

The staff over there is very helpful and all the doctors and nurses are very friendly and professional. Feel free to ask every single questions related to pregnancy and new born baby. They will answer it without any hesitation.
