Avec l'aide de de Yannick....un courriel quelques photos et le j'avais exactement la pièce que j'avais de besoin. Merci encore pour le bon service. 5 star service. I had to change my patio door handle. With the help of Yannick .... emailed a few photos and I had exactly the part I needed. Thanks again for the good service.

Je discutais avec lui et il me répond sur une question assez simple : Vous savez messieurs, je vends des pièces, je n'en pose pas. Il a raison dans un sens, mais l'avis d'un vendeur est toujours apprécié. Il semblait avoir hâte que je quitte. J'aurais compris s’il y avait une file d'attente mais j'étais seul. Quite ordinary as a service. The salesperson on the right with his skullcap didn't seem to like his job. He wasn't trying to help me. I was chatting with him and he answered me on a fairly simple question: You know gentlemen, I sell parts, I don't ask any. He's right in a way, but a seller's advice is always appreciated. He seemed to be anxious for me to leave. I would have understood if there was a queue but I was alone.

Je ne retourne plus jamais là et je ne conseillerai pas ce magasin à personne! Le vendeur ne m'a jamais informé que c'était non retournable lors de l'achat! Oui c'est écrit sur la facture mais il faut aviser le client sinon ça ne fonctionne pas! No possibility of returning an unused door sill! Return policy not acceptable for customers !!! I never go there again and will not recommend this store to anyone! The seller never informed me that it was non-returnable when purchasing! Yes it is written on the invoice but you have to notify the customer otherwise it does not work!
