 Very poor service at the counter, I felt like I was disturbing, I went to get a part and was answered in a stupid way by the person at the counter.

Et il a fallu que je les appelle deux fois, parce qu'ils ne prennent pas la peine de rappeler les clients pour leur dire ce qu'il en est... franchement mauvais service...
Three weeks to finally tell me that I did not bring the right tool that went with the defective battery ... (several tools of the same brand). And I had to call them twice, because they don't bother to call customers back and tell them about it ... frankly bad service ...

Je telephone, ils me disent qu ils ne peuvent reparer et qu'ils ont brisé une piece qu ils ne penvent remplacer pendant les tests... à eviter, aucune service client
No feedback on a tool brought after 1 month I call, they tell me they are taking action. 1 month without response (2 months total). I call, they tell me that they cannot repair and that they have broken a part that they cannot replace during the tests ... to avoid, no customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J y suis allé pour faire réparer une laveuse à pression et ils ont changé des pièces qui n avait pas besoin d être remplacé. Ils m ont même facturé un nouveau boyau d arrosage quand l ancien fonctionnait encore. Une belle facture gonflé... méfier vous!!!
I went there to have a pressure washer repaired and they changed parts that didn't need to be replaced. They even charged me for a new garden hose when the old one was still working. A beautiful bill inflated ... beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils prennent leurs temps pour réparer les outils. Ça parait a la fin sur la facture. Une valve et un cordon d’alimentation 1,5h pour des professionnels Cest extrêmement long tant qu’à moi. 37$ de pieces pour 110$ de temps.
They take their time fixing the tools. It appears at the end on the invoice. A valve and a power cord 1.5 hours for professionals It is extremely long for me. $ 37 in parts for $ 110 in time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne recommande pas ce commerce. J'ai commandé (et payé à l'avance) des pièces sans avoir de nouvelles pendant des mois. J'ai tenté de communiquer avec eux et j'étais même prêt à attendre si les pièces n'étaient pas disponibles immédiatement. Ils ne répondent pas la plupart du temps. J'ai dû me faire rembourser par PayPal ; ce que je n'ai jamais eu besoin de faire avec d'autres commerçants lors de mes nombreuses transactions en ligne.
I do not recommend this business. I ordered (and prepaid) parts without hearing new ones for months. I tried to contact them and was even prepared to wait if the parts weren't available immediately. They don't respond most of the time. I had to get reimbursed by PayPal; which I have never had to do with other traders during my many online transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon banc de scie King a brisé il y a 6 mois, et je viens de le ravoir aujourd'hui. Même si le délais était attribuable à 115% à King, et que ça a été super long avant d'avoir les pièces, les employés de MP ont été super professionnels. Même en les achallant au téléphone à chaque deux semaines, ils sont demeurés courtois et ont toujours répondu rapidement et poliment. Finalement, lorsqu'ils ont enfin reçu les pièces, la réparation a été faite rapidement et on m'a appelé dans les plus brefs délais pour me dire que je pouvais venir chercher mon banc de scie. Rendu sur place, encore un autre bon service courtois et professionnel. Vraiment, l'équipe de MP a fait en sorte qu'un client en beau calvaire contre un outil scrap reparte de là en pleine confiance que son outil a été bien réparé, et un peu moins fâché. 10/10, si j'ai quelque chose d'autre qui brise, c'est là que j'irai.
My King table saw broke 6 months ago, and I just got it back today. Even though the delay was 115% attributable to King, and it took a very long time to get the parts, the MP employees were super professional. Even when they contacted them on the phone every two weeks, they remained courteous and always responded quickly and politely. Finally, when they finally received the parts, the repair was done quickly and I was called as soon as possible to tell me that I could pick up my table saw. Returned on site, yet another good courteous and professional service. Really, the MP team made sure that a customer having a hard time with a scrap tool leaves feeling confident that their tool has been repaired, and a little less angry. 10/10, if I have something else that breaks, that's where I'll go.
