★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were sold some software for Soti (Insight/ PCM) that we ended up purchasing and implementing. After trying to make it work for some time we realized it would not work for our needs which were clear at the beginning. We came to a mutual agreement that as we were never able to use the software we would receive a credit for the full cost and not have to pay.
Several months later my business was contacted by a collections agency that we had not paid our bills and needed to pay in full. After coming to an agreement this is thoroughly disappointing and we will never buy another product or recommend these companies to anyone.
