A support email was sent to me requiring more information and after i replied with all the request information, all i received was: "unfortunately we are unable to work with you at this time". Not a single line of explanation. just terrible experience.

Companies in general have got to go back to the roots when it comes to rendering quality in their services. Braeden surely makes "INSIGHT pest solutions" shining bright. Since our only touch with the company is the people they sent to represent them, having dedicated professional employees like Braeden become of the outmost importance for their thriving success. It's not about how you close a contract with a new client or when its time to renew the contract, its how you treat that client like it was the first time you are servicing them every time you see them during the term of the contract.
