★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to get my pc fixed since i had a corrupted windows and i couldnt do it on my own. I had contacted many different places and all of them charged me a ridiculous amount of money just for a diagnostic. PC-Teck told me i could just bring in my pc and we could take a look together FOR FREE. (As long as it doesnt take hours of course lol) They told me what needed to be done and took my pc in right away and i had it back the next day. They even spotted a problem inside my pc ( damaged fan ) which was most likely one of the reasons my pc had considerably slowed down. Fixed it on the spot after buying a reasonably priced fan.
Overall i would really recommend PC-Teck to anyone looking to get their pc fixed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a variety of products if ever you need any!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my desktop to their shop because could not have access anymore to my PC just a black screen no matter what I tried it just would not open. The same day I brought my PC to Patrice (the repairman and apparently the computer expert) I got a call late in the afternoon and was told my PC was working but had a few crashes nothing else when it came to the diagnostic. So, next day i wanted to speak to Patrice to find out exactly what the problem was, he was not there so I paid over $200.00 for something I don't know about...brought it home never worked same problems again, called Patrice and we agreed he would come to my house and try to fix the same problem.
It has been over two weeks never heard from the guy again and found out he broke one of my sata wire connected to my motherboard and he did not connect the wires properly, although I have to mention the ones he connected were very well done and left my pc looking very good. Very unsatisfied with the service and I will not recommend this PC-Teck repair shop to anyone. The man called Patrice answered back after I did my review and does not even remember me as a customer and yet he should my PC weights 60 pounds and that is why we agreed that he should come to my house to fix it since it was way too heavy for me to bring it back. He is not truthful when he says we did not have an appointment, called his office and they told me he was out and would call me back later...never did. Called the next day again he was out so don't tell me in your 27 years of business you keep your appointments that is purely B.S., you never followed up and once I paid you forgot me and my problems. I can not do business with people that lie, I went to another repair shop instead and again don't trust this company they take your money fast but the problems are still there. No thank Patrice keep your excuses on the review boards I'm done with you, have a nice day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I called this store to check if they have a specific pc part. They told me they have it. So, I drove there from pretty far away just to find out that they don't have the item I am looking for.
They told me that I can buy it from Amazon. Yes, I knew I can do it. But I needed that item today.
This store was only a waste of time and gas for me.
Thanks for the advice and great job on inventory management.
