★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Six or seven years ago, I went to a big box store about a problem with the pc I had bought from them. They tried their best, but to no avail. The store manager called Peter Cihula who promptly came to my residence and solved the problem. Big box paid the bill I suppose, because I never got any for that.
I then decided to keep Peter's address "in case". Since then, I have called Peter quite a few times and he always solves my problem via TEAM VIEWER, so the cost is reasonable as he does not have to come to my place.
Last year, an elderly lady friend really got in a mess by answering a nasty phishing message. She totally lost access to most of the contents of her relatively old pc. She spent months on the phone with Microsoft and with her internet provider, but to no avail again. When she mentioned it to me, as I owed her a lot for services she had rendered to my family, I offered to pick her computer up, bring it to MY expert (Peter Cihula), and I would pay the bill. She accepted...and in her own words, Peter "gave her back her whole life" by reopening the access to all the files and documents that she had feared were lost forever.
I now totally rely on Peter whenever I need his intervention about issues that I cannot solve myself, or for advice (for example about upgrading my equipment). I also appreciate that, when he works on my pc, he is generous in explaining to me what he does while I follow his actions on TEAM VIEWER.
