N	Nancy Howlett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business comes highly recommended by a Vet in Okotoks. My pup and myself attend Polite pups and my dog AND myself have learned so much already. Brittany and Justin are very knowledgeable and skilled in everything that has to do with dogs. Their love for dogs is all over them and their enthusiasm for the dogs and the process of teaching them is in their every move and word. The business also offers an hour long of puppy socialization on Thursdays and this comes in very handy on those very cold Alberta days, as the dogs can run and play indoors in a big area. They also offer dog daycare or boarding and the owner stays on the premises overnight, to make sure the dogs are safe and met with all the care they need. I would highly recommend this business to all dog owners. Did I already mention that I have fun there also?

He was attacked previously at a different daycare and was very cautious around other dogs for months, after building up his confidence again I was very cautious of bringing him to a new daycare. He did amazing on his assessment and absolutely loves coming to pawsitive pups, he doesn’t come home rambunctious, and I love all the videos and pictures I get to see of him during the day. It helps put my mind at ease with how he’s doing, he’s so happy to see everyone when he walks through the door and I have no hesitation on handing him off to Justin or Brittany. Thank you so much for all the hands on time you give to my dogs, and all the amazing fun they have with you!!

Every morning I'm dragged in because they can't wait to see Justin and Britt. The compassion and love that goes into each dog is beyond what you would expect from a dog daycare. Each dog is loved equally and cared for just like they are family. And there customer service is the best. You know your dogs are safe and loved by how they treat there customers. Thanks you two you're the best ever. ?????????
H	Honey Mew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encountered two young ladies walking a poodle and healer, inside canadian tire. Both dogs were very loud and continuously barking. The lady walking the healer was clearly inexperienced with correction and understanding on how to apply it. The girl walking the poodle was giving treats while her dog was also barking. I had my 3 month old cane corso with me, that was overly behaved being a puppy. I offered help and the girl with blue hair was rude. I suggest hiring people with actual experience in dog behavior and training. Someone is going to get bit if they arent careful.
A	Ash Hollin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read both comments. Sorry to say but I was also in canadian tire today. I got to meet the lady using a "choke" collar when she helped me with my dogs. If they are used properly, they are great training tools. She has helped me with my agressive pitbulls, that are now safe to walk in public and can be safely around other animals. They do not bark and I use proper correction tools, thanks to her. I also seen you and the girl with blue hair. The lady with the cane corso, did offer help and was rudely denied. The continuous barking and pulling of that poor dogs harness, is poor handling on your part. Her 3 month old puppy was greated by more customers than not. Her puppy is well trained for being so young. Just because you own a business that claims to train dogs, doesnt mean you are an expert. I would rather someone like her train my animal over an owner that cant handle criticism. Her well behaved puppy, choker and all, is proof.

C	Connie Pike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost finished the polite paws course with my 6 month old schnauzer Louie...We had a lot of fun with Brittany and Jane, They love dogs and have so many good tips to help train our dogs. First week we mastered hand movements for sit and down. We kept practicing using a lot of treats. During the following weeks we practiced throwing treats on the floor to distract from barking and jumping up..We learned leave it and keep it...Last week we were dropping treats and keeping our dogs by our side while on leash. The course has taught me lots of techniques to help make Louie a better dog and me more patient. Thanks Connie and Louie
