The management and staff are very friendly and helpful AND knowledgeable about all of their products. The prices are competitive and mostly cheaper than even the big chain pet stores. Definitely a five star rating

Employees are nice, endless options for pet food and fair prices. Also cute cookies at the till for your doggy :)

1st of all shout out 2 the amazing owner with the fantastic judgement in regaurds to the choice of staff he/she choose to employ here at this comforting reasonable understanding store. The staff are such polite respectful super helpful knowledgable gems. I was having a super bad day and had been out of dog food for a stressful few days. I went to purchase a large bag of Acana which is over 80$ my friend was supposed to etransfer me the money cause I was borrowing it as I didn't have $ till last day of month. When I went to pay and go to pay with debit the transaction kept not approving due to non sufficient funds. There was a store full of people my friend obviously still hadnt send the transfer and when I tried calling my friend handful of times no answere at this point I was in tears & beyond embarrassment. One of the Angel's who works there I had dealt with first time coming to the store pulled me aside to have a quick chat away from the people waiting in line. As she handed my dogs treats she kindly asked if my dogs would be able to eat Origin Tundra dog food or if they had allergies. I said no why she had mentioned some customer had came and returned a bag for which ever reason. She had told me if I was interested she could just gift it to my dogs and I to help us out. My frown instantly flipped upside down and my heart melted what's a random act of kindness took away my stress and absolutely made my day I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service and satisfaction. Sharon, Jack, and Maria have all been amazing and so helpful. They always take time out to help me find the food I need for my fussy kittens . I have been to many pet stores, and I come to this one because of their customer service. Sharon always remembers me and goes out of her way to help me find what I need. Jack does the same. Maria has also gone through the store to help me find a harness, and leash for my pets. This is my chosen pet store because if them!

Premium pet brands at wholesale prices? Unbelievable. A trip to this store made me realize how much I was overpaying for my baby kitten's, Elizabeth's, cat food. Live and learn. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. No waiting in line at the cash register. Five Stars.

I frequent Paws for treats , bully sticks , and sometimes food. Great selection of treats , kibble, digestives etc. If they had a better Raw section I’d be there more often because then we could pick up meals there too. Friendly staff , good parking, and always lots of stock.
