★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The usual location I get my cat foods ran out of the ones I always get and I had to go Paws on Cook. Lots of exotic/unique selections to choose from. It looks like mainly for dogs, but I got what I needed for my cat. The salesperson who helped me was very nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like their selection of products and services is always updating and expanding. The energy of the store is always very positive and even my shy hound Pete seems to come out of his shell when we stop by.
The biggest thing for me is their delivery option. I'm a pedestrian and purchasing the 15kg dog food bags would be such a chore if I couldn't get them delivered. Their app can act up, but the staff there always follow through and make sure I get my dog food.
They also carry the Tricky Trainer dog treats which I can't find anywhere else and are AMAZING. Super smelly, soft, and great incentives for my hound who is a pretty picky eater.
Always recommend this place :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff are amazing and helpful. They’ll help find the right treats, food and accessories for your dog and even make sure your dog fits in any harnesses or jackets you’re considering. Also, an awesome selection of raw food and natural treats.
Our dog is extremely shy and nervous - she doesn’t even let people pet her. Heather is a true star at grooming and trimming nails for her - I can’t imagine having anyone else work with her. She’s patient, friendly and so knowledgeable. Consider yourself lucky if you can get some time for her to get your dog looking beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had an amazing experience today and felt the need to stop by and say so. My dogs were soaking and stinky from a walk by the ocean. I popped my head in and discovered I could get them a wash like one would at a car wash. That was amazing.
But more amazing was the service I got from every person there I interacted with (at least 4 different people). Each and every one of them were really friendly, helpful in both time and expertise.
As a fellow business owner, kudos to everyone there but especially to the leadership group for fostering such an amazing and friendly culture.
Molly and Scout are now nice and clean, well fed and have awesome new harnesses so we can enjoy each other’s company when we walk even more.
