Great place for a good bite to eat. Their breakfast options are great as well as their subs and burger combos.

A hidden gem in Burnaby! One of the best subs I’ve had! Although the wait time is so long, it was definitely worth the wait! The subs were packed. I got the 12” Cold Italian Sub, it was packed with good quality meat and cheeses. The bread was also fresh. I would recommend you share the 12” because of how much meat and cheese they put in the subs. It was delicious! If you have the time, and are craving a hefty sub I would recommend this place for you! And make sure to bring your appetite!

This place is such a gem. It’s so cute!! I loved the way the lady talks to you and makes you feel at home. You can tell by the food that she puts so much love into it. And the hash browns no one does them like that now. Love this place and will definitely come back!

What a selection of sandwiches to eat! Tons of sandwiches, burgers and breakfast option. I got a 6' Paul's Special and I feel like I'm good for a few days, it was so filling. The pricing might seem a bit much, the portion size are nuts. Only get a 12' if you really, really ... Really hungry! The lady making the sandwiches is also very lovely ☺️

This is place an absolute gem. The lone lady who works here is a remarkable human being who makes great tasting food. I am a big time foodie and I am telling you, please do not skip on this place. Come hungry, leave happy??

Sometime it is nice to go to genuine place like this one, I just like those little small cozy place that offer you basic decorations but offers a food made with love. Yes, made with love. I enjoy every bite of the food as it’s delicious and cooked well. Service is great. Nostalgic experience.

Quintessential ma and pa shop with the sweetest lady who does it all. The decor is really dated but otherwise spacious. I got the double bacon cheese steak sub and my wife got the BLT and both were quite tasty and filling. The price is a bit higher compared to some places but it hits the spot and there are so many options available! Overall first impression was very good so we'll be doing back to try the other foods again soon.

Wow! We had a great experience and the one lady show made it all happen. When we got there we noticed two tables with customers, one customer waiting for take out and some tables that customers just finished and left. As the lady was cooking she quickly turned around and asked if we made reservations we told her no. She said sorry no tables available, if you want to eat here you will have to wait as she had a lot of orders to fill and to sit at the waiting area. Since there was only one seat I stood and looked at the menu. It seemed pricey and the menu items seemed very familiar to a place I used to go to in Richmond called Bob's sub. She kept looking back at me standing so she stepped out of the kitchen and cleaned off the table and offered it to us. She apologized that she was really busy and we would have to wait a bit. We then figured out she was doing everything herself...cuttkng fresh veggies, cooking, taking orders over the phone...etc. When she finished a couple order she came over quickly to take our orders. We ordered the 12 inch super sub and the Ukrainian sausage breakfast. When she brought our food talked with us a bit, apologized again and was stepping up the service. I think she even gave me some fries and onion rings with my sub. I don't recall it being part of the super sub on the menu. Food was perfect diner food. We finished all of it and it hit the spot. I will ask if they had any connection to Bob's sub in Richmond. Oh yes the sub was pricey but I thought it was worth it.
