Paul is amazing! I discovered Paul's Auto Care two years ago through my warranty company but I have been coming back to him ever since then. He is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares. I do not write reviews often but Paul deserves it for his quality service. I definitely recommend him.

Paul has always been very quick/prompt to get my car fixed and for a reasonable price. I have used his shop to do rear brakes & bearing replacements on my 2012 Audi A4 with no issues or complaints. Would 100% recommend.

Very professional, prices are very good for the quality of parts used. Will definitely to those who have german vehicles. He fixed my bmw in a timely manner while being very communicative about what needed repairs/and why.

I was referred to Paul to do the Safety check on my recent purchase of a used Lexus SUV. Interestingly enough I have a close personal friend that owns a garage and services luxury vehicles as well but lately I have been disappointed with the cleanliness and service of the vehicle upon its return, so I decided to give Paul's Auto a try. Right from the beginning I could see that Paul's approach to customer service was well beyond expectations. He repaired or replaced all the necessary componets to pass the safety test but the service didn't stop there. He called Lexus to get the wholesale price on a rear sensor and ACTUALLY drove there himself to pick up the part, which saved me almost $400 dollars - this is after he tried his best to repair the rusted sensor. He shopped around to get me a good price on a set of 4 all season tires but also made sure that they were going to perform and be safe as per my request not just all about price. He also tried repairing over replacing other parts again with safety in mind, where as most repair centres just replace parts. He thoroughly went though all the parts he changed and showed me where the parts were worn broken or not functional. (See photo attached). He didn't charge me to top up my oil and upon leaving even offered to help me put some bags into the car. To say Paul's service was exceptional is an understatement. He is an absolute Gem in an industry that generally has a bad reputation. Of all the recommendations I have made so far, Paul is at the top of the list for service, fairness, timely delivery and follow-up. Thanks Paul...Very much Appreciated Sincerely, Chris P.S. Paul & Shawn are amazing! Such honest people and a breath of fresh air. Extremely knowledgeable and truly looks out for you rather than the typical garage who just wants your money. My first time here and will be coming back for all my BMW's services!

My nephew is a good customer of this store, he always recommends Paul as the first auto care suggestion. He would take our company vans to service from paul. One day, there was a sound that was coming from rear end of the van. Immediately he took it to paul right after work. He left it at pauls garage for few days and got it back with a 750$ bill for some replacement of parts and labour for axle issue. The sound was still there at the time of pickup (store was closing time), paul suggested to bring it on following business day to take a look again & this time my nephew took it to another shop the next day to find out it was just the spare wheels hook grazing against up and down the side during movement and it was fixed and sound immediately stopped. Upon all of this, when my nephew when to pickup the van it was damaged on the left side, which he immediately told paul the instant. This damage was not there at the time of drop off as there was a vechile inspection with reports done on our EDL to back up evidence. Also pictures at drop off before. As per my nephew, pauls only advice was please go through your insurance. After 5 years of him servicing us I did not expect this. The damage repair cost estimate was $1000.00. I expected paul to own up to it or portion the cost. This van had a wrapping scheduled but it was not possible with this damage. Very disappointed. I do not expect to send in a vechile and get it in return with damage, company vechile or not.. all vechile need to be in well care. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.
