We contacted Paul, met with him, reviewed the market , our needs and wants and timing. Paul was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful to us, and demonstrated patience, a thorough knowledge of the market, house construction (which varies somewhat from Eastern Canada) as well as a knowledge of local builders and contractors. He went to great pains to explain real estate laws and disclosures (again a significant difference exists between BC and Eastern Canada.) When there were interesting houses on the market, he forwarded details. With Paul's help we purchased a house that we moved into six weeks ago, and we are very happy with our entire house purchase process. I only write reviews for exceptional service or very poor service, and it is on the basis of outstanding service that I write this review. Thank you Paul!
