★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai été porter ma bague à la mi-janvier, lorsque je les apporter pour la rétrécir il mon dit que ça allais prendre 2-3 semaines. 4 semaine plus tard mon copain appelle pour savoir si elle était prête et la dame nous dit que le délai est finalement de 5-6 semaines. Lorsque je leurs est parler de mon insatisfaction deux jours plus tard ma bagues était prête et ils m’ont même appeler pour me le dire. Pour la communication à l’interne c’est pas super mais un bon suivi tout de même.
 I was wearing my ring in mid-January, when I brought them to shrink it he told me it was going to take 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later my boyfriend calls to find out if she was ready and the lady tells us that the delay is finally 5-6 weeks. When I told them about my dissatisfaction two days later my rings were ready and they even called me to tell me. For internal communication it's not great but a good follow-up all the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for jewelries, this is a great place. You have plenty of options going from simple rings to outstanding watches and collars. Staff is helpful but they are sellers - go there with your mind prepared to not let yourself be influenced by them, otherwise, you might find yourself spending more than you would want.
Not a place for inexpensive gifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a ring for restoration as there was a cut in the gold shank. Was told that nothing could be done and that it should have been better taken care of. Went to Langlois and Brouilly Jewelers 2 min away. Fixed it like it was nothing.

I needed a ring urgently that they didn’t have in stock with the stone I wanted, and not only did they take the time to offer very interesting alternative options, when I said I would wait for the specific model I preferred they ended up delivering it way faster than the estimations they first gave me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a charm from their online store. I had asked the item to specifically be delivered at an address which was acknowledged. It was sent to our home address where we were not going to be for another 5 days. Thankfully someone was able to pick it up before it was stolen and I picked it up myself after a 2 hour drive.
When I called in to ask why this happened, she said she wasn't sure, and that anyway it was 'verbally signed for', which I still do not understand the meaning or relevance. They took no accountability and thankfully my wife was understanding about receiving a gift after Christmas.
A real shame. I liked the item but this experience has soured me.
