★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service!!! no staff knows anything. they send u on a wild goose chase to ask someone else to send you on another goose chase!!! worst ever 2nd time it happens at this store and this specific location.
Note to self any anyone else stick to rona!
I will never be back. Thanks for wasting my time to end up with the wrong product and have to return it anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service needs improvement. I missed a call regarding my online order so I called the store and the employee told me to call back after I listened to the voicemail because he didn't know who to transfer to, Ifound that to be abit rude but thats just my opinion, nextInext call back asking for the employee who left a voicemail and confirmed delivery for Friday the 26th of June. I take a day off to receive the delivery and they call the day of delivery to tell me they don't have my product or some excuse that its broken or open box, the employee didn't even seem sympathetic, just said I will refund you and that was it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well merched, clean and organized. Good service in departments, but cashiers talking to each other so much that customers were not being properly greeted/thanked.
Edit 2 years later: Was asked to assemble a metal gazebo that had been purchased here, but that had damaged/unusable instructions. Reached out to Patrick Morin and they got back to me a few days later with a PDF eng/fr of the instructions.

When I needed their help, they were there.
