★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je fais affaire avec Me Famiglietti depuis plusieurs années pour tout mes besoins et il a entièrement toute ma confiance, je vous explique pourquoi:
1) Il est super honnête, me conseille adéquatement et ses frais sont plus que raisonnables. Vaut mieux être bien conseillé lorsqu'on fait affaire avec un notaire.
2) IL est disponible et n'hésite pas a se rendre chez moi pour le travail lorsque nécessaire. Il est généreux de son temps et très professionnel.
En somme c'est un super notaire et je n'ai jamais été déçu, pour une transaction réussie et sans soucis, je vous le recommande haut la main.
I have been doing business with Me Famiglietti for several years for all my needs and he has my complete confidence, I will explain why:
1) He is super honest, advises me well and his fees are more than reasonable. It is better to be well advised when dealing with a notary.
2) He is available and does not hesitate to come to my place for work when necessary. He is generous with his time and very professional.
In short, he is a great notary and I have never been disappointed, for a successful and carefree transaction, I recommend him hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was brought to the notary's office by my good friend to get a release by the bank for the mortgage since by working for my good friend I was no longer eligible to carry the financing of the house for 50%. Unbeknownst to me, my 'friend' had provided false information to HIS notary public, M. Patrick Famiglietti. The numbers were a lie. The explanation I received in his office was that the numbers didn't matter because the contract would be redone to re-include me in the deed as soon as the business I was being forced to set-up would be profitable. So basically, through the actions of the notary and my best friend, I lost my house, was accused of stealing and trespassing because I no longer appear on the ownership of the property.
