I had a file where buyers speak Vietnamese and English only while sellers only speak French. The notary took time to explain everything 3 times in 3 different languages to make sure customers understand and are comfortable before signing. I definitely recommend him. We called their office and we were told the notary would call us back in the afternoon (we did not receive a call that day). We called them the day after when we were told the notary was busy with a training and would call us in the afternoon (and... we did not receive a call that day). We called again (for the 3rd day in a row) and a the receptionist literally shouted on the phone saying "he's busy"!
