The actual cake (I ordered the 6” β€œpeach birthday cake”) doesn’t look as nice as the online picture (especially the two flowers on the bottom left). The β€œpeach bun” and β€œgold balls” -are all decorative and not edible (I wish the gold balls are at least chocolate). The only upside is the flavour which is not bad (I ordered the strawberry flavour). But because it is quite pricy ($75) it only deserves 2 stars in my opinion.

Large cakes and small pastries available. Parking near the side. Limited tables available for dine in. Each pastry ranges from $7 to $8. Unique flavours, but expensive in my opinion.

We got this cake called New Year Mango Cloud cake. The cake itself was ok, but the balls on top of the cake were decorations that was Styrofoam balls on the inside. We were not informed about this and one of our friends thought it was chocolate. This is not ok to put something that is not edible on a cake. Usually that would be sugar or chocolate. Please be careful if you have children and ordered cakes from here. Could be a choking hazard.

EDIT: recently returned to get their Christmas Sesame Noir cake which was super cute and delicious. Their service is very good - I had an issue with the last cake I ordered and the owner handled it professionally. *** Tried the Mango Cloud, Orange de Terre and Sesame Noir and loved them all. They're beautiful and flavours are excellent. Our favourite was the Orange de Terre. Super fragrant citrus flavours with a nice balance of tart and sweetness. Sesame Noir was very nutty and also strong black sesame flavours. Loved the creaminess of the mousse layer. Mango Cloud was good too, but the most ordinary imo.

For Christmas 2021, I ordered a 5-inch Christmas Earl Grey Pear Cake for $45 and was immensely dissatisfied with what I got. First off, the cake I received looked nothing like the picture shown online when I ordered it (please see attached photo below). For example, the colors were not as vibrant as suggested by photos on their website. In addition, the proportions of the tree were completely off, the text was sloppy, the snowflake sprinkles were not even properly spaced apart, the sprinkles on the tree were the same color as the tree itself, and the green from the tree was smudge onto other parts of the cake. I would not be complaining if only one or two of these mistakes were present. I would write it off as some natural variation in the product and I just got unlucky. But this? This is just a sloppy mess. For $45, I was also expecting some better ingredients to be used, not artificial green food dye that stains your tongue. I’ve bought similar cakes at similar prices from other stores, but this is the first time I’ve encountered this issue. The candle also emitted black smoke. How? I don’t know. Even Dollarama candles can do better. Unfortunately, this is just a low-end bakery posing as a high-end patisserie. One step inside their store will make that abundantly clear. Empty milk crates were stacked right next to the entrance and I waited in line next to a big open box of cardboard containers for their cakes. It raised some eyebrows for me and I was right to be concerned.

Wonderful cake, very unique taste. Looking beautiful. It’s mostly tea flavor, not suitable for kids.

Ordered the afternoon tea set for take out at 12pm. We waited 30 min before we received our order, and 15 min into waiting, we were gifted a set of three macarons as an apology for the wait. Some were fresh, others had definitely been made a day or two prior. Best part was the croissant with ham & cheese and the raspberry soda. The scone had what seemed like chopped hotdogs in it, and was rather dry. Chicken karaage was good but quite salty with lots of seasoning. Flavour of the smoked salmon crab meat tart was good, but the tart shell was a hard crust. One of the macarons was a few days old (very chewy and gummy), and the rest of the desserts were just ok. Vanilla cream puff, chocolate covered strawberry, and pistachio tiramisu. Overall the flavour of some of the items are good, but the macarons are truly a hit or miss, and in this case only 2/5 were fresh. You will most likely be better off ordering just cakes from here.

I decided to get the 6 mini cake set to try the various favours, the presentation was really nice and the cakes were beautiful almost to nice to eat but who am i kidding they belonged in my tummy. I have tried a few cakes of this calibre and beyond and I was surprised how I enjoyed them a lot. I liked the passionate coconut just because i love coconut and it looked so real, i don't typically like lemon but the lemon citron was right up my alley, also loved the Earl grey pear, the only the that was just okay was the strawberry short cake. I will definitely be back for more especially the coconut, YUM!
