They were friendly and attentive to us while we talked about our dog. They also sent photos and videos which really helped us feel at ease. After we got our dog back we found he was healthy and happy. Would definitely use Pathfinder again.

It was my first time leaving my dog Bailey anywhere over night, and I definitely had some fears and reservations going into it. Chantale and her team went above and beyond to ensure that Bailey had a successful stay. The communication I received during her stay helped calm my nerves and reassured me that Bailey was safe, happy and loved as if she were family. I’m so grateful to have found Pathfinder and can now finally know that Bailey always has a home away from home when I need it!! While we were away he was treated just as he is at home, as a well loved member of the family. Chantale also sent me pictures of Dexter throughout his stay, which was so appreciated! When I picked him up he was tired and content. Two great things! I highly recommend Pathfinder!

From the pictures and videos being constantly updated while we were away, we soon felt at ease and assured that we had found the best option for her. Instead of being fenced in, she was kept active and engaged in walks and hiking with other dog mates and was treated like a member of the family. I give thumbs up to Pathfinder Pet Care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for short or long term care with a truly 'home-feel' surrounding.
K	Kevin Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With less then a week before a 2 week trip I found out a family member wouldn't be able to take care of my 8 month old puppy while we were away. I emailed Chantale with my situation and she replied promptly, we met the next day to see how my dog would behave in a group setting, before she could commit to take care of him. Within 24 hours had everything set up and was able to alleviate the anxiety of having to find somewhere good for my puppy very last minute. Chantale was extremely accommodating, taking him despite not yet being neutered, just needing him to wear a pee belt so he didn't mark everywhere. After 2 weeks I picked up my puppy with no issues and I swear he is more well-behaved then when I dropped him off. He is better walking on leash now and improved a lot with some of the more annoying inherent puppy problems. (nipping, pulling on clothing and chewing hands) If you're looking for somewhere to entrust with your beloved canine companion, you have definitely found the right place.

Chantale and her partner take amazing care of her and send us tons of photos of her with the other dogs. Lizzie always returns very happy and confident. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have someone we trust to take good care of her!
