I contacted Passport Health and they were fantastic in answering ALL my questions first then they booked an appointment with me. Their follow up/reminders were excellent. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and not pushy when recommending products to purchase.''

She answered all my questions and she gave me the injections painlessly and quickly. While these injections were not cheap, they are essential for anyone travelling outside Canada.

She made the experience very comfortable by asking me questions and presenting a booklet full of information about the vaccinations I would receive, and what they could prevent. She also provided a travel vaccination booklet that contains how much of a dosage was given, what brand of the dosage was provided, and the date of your vaccinations for your vaccination history. My travel health nurse (Sharmei) had a whole package ready for me complete with all the information I would need for my trip to South America. She went through each recommended vaccine, answered all my questions with great knowledge, and was very gentle in administering the vaccines. Even before and after the consultation, she sent me a lot of really helpful information about insurance and vaccine reminders, and really went over-and-above to make sure my travel needs were met. Loved that I could just step right in without any line, and I left feeling much more confident about my trip. I would definitely recommend her and this place to anyone interested travelling abroad.

We were a bit skeptical going in - she laid everything out clearly and provided a wealth of education on various overseas illnesses and prevention methods. Justine is an extremely passionate and knowledgeable nurse and provided us with wonderful care during our visit. The vaccinations were quick and easy and she advised which ones we could obtain for free from our family physician. Thank you so much for your care, Justine. Jennifer explained very thoroughly all the vaccinations available, and with retirement around the corner my wife and I will be doing some extensive travelling to explore different countries. The office is spotless, with my appointment exactly on time. Highly recommended.
