We were able to book online, which was very easy and quick. We were also given reminder texts a few days before the appointment, which was nice. The actual office is small, however it's clean and organized. Alice was wonderful at explaining all we needed to know, yet reassuring us that all these medications and vaccines were our choice, that nothing was obligatory. We both felt very well informed and comfortable with the appointment overall. Our time there was about 45 minutes. The cost was to be expected, about $830 for the two of us.
E	Emma Beemer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had the pleasure of going to Passport Health Barrie to get vaccinated; the nurse that helped me (Alice) was able to answer all of my questions in a very kind and professional manner. This was by far the best experience I have had when getting a shot. Alice ensured that I was comfortable and understood what I was getting, she went over the forms and medical records I brought in, and helped me with everything I had asked for. She was able to give me all of the information that I had asked for; including questions about how the vaccine would effect things like giving blood. Alice kindly went out of her way to help me with the forms I needed to take home with me, she filled out things I needed done, and even emailed me after my appointment to give me more information on questions I asked. If you are ever in a tough spot and need to get a vaccine, passport health is the place to go! Their friendly staff and clean office space ensures your comfort! Thank you!!

The information was clear and I did not feel any pressure to take the vaccines which were in the "low risk" category. She had my inoculation history and had done her homework for my locations. 5 Stars.

Alice was efficient and knowledgeable. I definitely will use the service again prior to any future out of the country travel.

Spoke to Nigel rude and told me it was not there fault. After they had made the appointment and should know all expected times required before traveling. It's call Passport health. You think your going to a place that knows the standards but they don't. All they want is your money. We lost a flight and 250 all because of 6 hour window. I will be reporting this company to bussiness bureau.

My first appointment they called me 30 minutes before to cancel because the nurse had an emergency so they rebooked me for 5 days later (earliest appointment). One hour before next appointment they call again to cancel me and book me 5 days later which puts me two days before my travel date. If you don’t have people to work then you don’t have a business

We had never been to a travel clinic before and did not know what to expect. From the initial booking, everything was very smooth. Our nurse Alice reached out prior to the appointment requesting a medical record questionnaire and to confirm our details. At the office, she went through in detail all of the health risks of the country and the recommended vaccinations & medicines to have. She also provided a booklet of all the information she had available on the risks discussed. There was no pressure to take any vaccine and even suggested that there were some that are available through OHIP if we wanted. All in all, great experience and will go again.
