Their ways of handling a bad situation is to create an even worse situation. 6+ weeks he has been waiting for his life savings to be transferred from them. To add salt to the wound IG is not returning his inquiries. I've met with this IG investment adviser my friend used when he introduced me to him. I got bad vibes from the start. Thankfully I followed my gut and stayed away. Now I hear this from him and I am very very glad I stayed away. Think wisely before you consider these people.

A	A DeGagne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been investing with IG for almost 15 years and recently they changed their policies. Unless you are a high net worth client you are no longer worth their time. I knew this was coming and so I moved almost all my money except the money that pays the mortgage I have with them. Now that I want access to that money I have been told by my consultant that I need to contact someone else. IG's customer service 15 years ago was amazing, now not so much. I won't ever be investing money with them once my mortgage is up. Your business model only benefits a select few. I am very happy with my new investment firm that has a motto of: No family left behind. Maybe you should consult them about customer service and ethics.

Call backs are very difficult to get. No one will take responsibility to solve my problem. Had to borrow money to pay daughters' tuition before deadline approached. Have been told that processing for the funds is taken place in the "back room", whatever that is?! Very unprofessional.
