Experience less about the place and more about the workers. Terrible accountability. Poor work ethic. Two days in a row, same person, cancellation. When you have an invalid parent who needs daily health care and routine, yet cannot rely on a group of trained individuals..it becomes a bad experience. A job is a job, a time is a time. It feels like some of the workers here do not have any respect for the time of the elderly and aging.

If you can afford private healthcare or if your insurance covers it I highly recommend it over their services. Countless times we were given misinformation, there were multiple scheduling issues, and never had any consistency with the nurses that came which resulted in products never being ordered even when they told us they had. To top it all off after my mother had passed, the nurse had said that they would be contacting us the next day to pick up all the supplies, and yet two days later we are still staring at an empty hospital bed. I can’t believe how they treat families! How are we supposed to start healing when we are forced to look at the bed my late mother was lying in? Seriously hope they show other families more compassion than they showed us!

We have had the best care from all the nurses that have been coming since June. Kind, caring and compassionate.

Horrible. They had 4 weeks to schedule the visits but the PSW did not show and when I called to complain the person was horribly rude. They never called to follow up regarding my complaint.

Absolute poor excuse of home care service. If your insurance covers private care, I recommend you using that or any other service over Bayshore. Such a lack of follow through with the nursing staff when they said they’d order certain items now also that’s if they decided to show up and not cancel on you ever other day. Terrible service!

I found many clients not happy with , so many , different PSWs assigned to them.No dignity for the Clients.

Got hired on Feb 16,2022 and they asked me to get TB test done and get Vulnerable sector check record. I submitted the receipts for the same the next day(Feb 17,2022) and signed the offer letter. H.R called me on Feb 17 around 6.15PM to say that, they don't have the position anymore. I said it is ok and I just want a reimbursement for the money( $93.29) that I have paid for the test and the vulnerable sector check record and H.R said it is not in their policy to reimburse somebody if I don't complete certain amount of working hours. Absolutely ridiculous experience with them!
