★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great guys who always try to help you and share their knowledge to further aid you in your repair. I used Carquest for many years, then tried these guys one day, and have been buying 99% of my parts from there now. I have been working on rebuilding a classic car and always being surprised that these guys normally have the parts I need for it in stock!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called when they opened to place an order while sitting in their parking lot. The girl answered the phone I asked if I could place an order and she said we are 45 minutes to an hour behind and I said you just opened she said we are 45 minutes to an hour behind do you not understand I said goodbye and I will never shop there again. there is a place just around the corner that sell the same stuff and a place on Edinburgh road by Willow road that I will give my money to from now on. So unprofessional.

I have used this store for parts for years, the guy behind the counter told us they have no ability to research or reference sizes etc of fittings from brake lines or anything else in any capacity, but Canadian tire which uses the exact same system was able to do it!

I know next to nothing about cars, and he was very patient when explaining things so that I understood. I couldn’t recommend them enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought you had to know your stuff to work here? i was given the wrong part.. TWICE. Then, when I went in to get the right one, finally, I was treated terribly, when it was their fault to begin with. The guy made a mistake on the computer and ordered me 2 parts instead of just one, the right one. So they accused me of stealing a part??? And were extremely rude to me. Also, I was given the wrong part by a lady the day before. (I returned the wrong ones obviously) Do they know what they're doing? No. Is there any customer service? No.
