Ordered about 4 times past 2 years and I was always satisfied with the service. Saved me huge amount of money and the orders always arrived sooner than expected. I wish I found this business much earlier seeing as how my local shop was really taking advantage of me for years.

We have a tendency to provide feed back when things go sideways and not when a good service is provided. I know there will always be errors made and unhappy people. I did take a chance with this seller and it paid off. Awesome pricing and I received my item with-in 12 days. Overall I am very happy.

The absolute worst customer service. Similar to everyone else who left a real review here- no tracking number, no items. It's been almost a month since we ordered. The phone number is a personal number, and the person answering the phone doesn't have a clue. Lied to me twice. Is now ignoring my messages. Said the "manager" would call me last Friday after I demanded a refund and to talk to whoever they are, still no contact. Now I'm taking legal action against this company to retrieve my funds. Nobody rips me off.

Had a rough month with the company and still am. Tried to contact for tracking number it's been a full month haven't received it, they said there's delays. Asked if I wanted a refund after a delay, and recently got emailed it's been refunded but the funds aren't back on the card. Called today and haven't received a confirmation if I will be getting refunded (they need to speak with a manager). *DO NOT RECOMMEND* if you really need the parts or if you expect transparency from a company!

Terrible customer service. They literally advertise fast shipping within Canada on their website but it was over 7 weeks to get my part. Totally understand when things are outside of one's control (COVID-19, protests, etc.) but 7 weeks without any communication whatsoever is a bit ridiculous. Received the email my item was "ready to ship" about 4 days after I placed the order then total silence. When I reached out I got a rude response that it was shipping out right away. Nothing for another week so I emailed this time, told it was going to get shipped on Monday and not to worry. Recieved an email with a tracking number on Monday, nothing. Check tracking number a week later, still not even registered. Email again, oh the shipping company forgot it in the warehouse. Finally got the item a week after that. Not impressed.

They claim fast and free shipping from Canada, when ordering from Canada. After a week of not receiving a shipping tracking number, I emailed them. Was told when it clears customs usually 10 days, we will send you a tracking number. So it’s coming from the states. After 14 days we were able to track parcel. Then it was stuck in Toronto for another 12 days, Purolator was no better to deal with. At the 5 week mark we received the headers, oh but it was missing one complete set of gaskets! We purchased a set locally. So and extra cost, as they will not reply to my emails about complaint. There are better companies to buy from, pay the 5% or so extra and you’ll be better off.

I am currently reviewing Performance 1's overall customer service, quality control, distribution and or quick delivery service offered by such vendor. Steps are taken to offer the best ratings possible for online shopping through Google Maps. This being a public review of services rendered in my regards and personal purchase experience at my expense from Performance1. (3 different orders, addresses of delivery, and all three different payment methods.) QUICK DELIVERY SERVICE IS A FAIL. 3 to 5 days is adequate to categories distribution as quick delivery. COSTOMER SERVICE IS A FLOP. Connection was terrible and barely audible. From what I understood basically, another 3 weeks before shipping out was required.... Performance1, your ? are yet to be earned. Updated April 4 2022. US SUPPLIERS. Considering the products ordered in reference to this rating come from an American supplier. (3rd party product manipulation, border customs clearance) Performance1's quick reaction time was proven to be sufficient and free as claimed. Had the product been Canadian made, I believe quick delivery would have been achievable within 3-5 days. EXCELLENT TRACKING SERVICE. Performance1 uses a reliable courier service that offers an effective in app package tracking service.

Order headlights and taillights And they made my truck look amazing I'm very happy with them I only paid $420 was very cheap compared to other sites like Amazon, Ebay ect. Performance1 mailed it for free so that was a bonus, they have all kinds of upgrades I well for sure be ordering a couple more stuff. Had a problem trying to reach the company for updates but they showed up, sorry for the first bad comment but I updated it. I shoulda took before and after pictures. And shoulda waited for the led lights (Turning Signal lights and Reverse light)
