★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excessive waiting time. As I order my meal the cashier told me that it was going to take 15 minutes but I had to wait more than 25 minutes. Also I had 6 dollars change they paid by 25 cents coins all of them. Yes I got total 24 pieces of 25 cents. I don’t think it is appropriate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely great!
Every little piece of the meal has a deep, unique taste to it. This is especially prevalent with the platter, from the spiced Bulgur to each of the salads, to the meats and mezzas and sauces. But more impressively, the mix of flavors together is exquisite.
Today, I had the Doner Box, and it feels like a 5-star poutine with a delicious Middle Eastern Twist!
Highly recommended for anyone passing by Brentwood for a quick tasty meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly and energetic staff helped us choose the beef platter - which was very fun and delicious.
Minus 1 star for the silly glass guard set up. In our current covid climate, customers in this neighborhood / demographic really expect MUCH BETTER protection. I see other customers lean on the glass; i see other customers reach over with their heads and limbs. One cough or sniff and you basically lost half the lineup or any return business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I struck gold when I finally got a Good to Go deal but clearly didn't. When I arrived, this small box with salad on top was there with another set. When I showed my order, they removed the salad and gave me this: soggy fries with sauce-less dried meat. Not sure how this is worth $18.99 est value when in my opinion it isn't even worth $5. Was hoping to try this place for regular price after sampling this deal but definitely will not be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is their keto box. It was $14 ish
They do have the shawarma grill, but they have kept all the meat in a food container.
I mean, what is the point of have a shawarma grill? Just for display? At the beginning I thought it was a temporary thing, but I been there for 3 times, and there was no improvement.
But the warp was acceptable.
I would modify my comments if I see a improvement.
Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witnessed the employee picking up cash that fell on the floor, then touching the food, didn't sit right with me. If it weren't for that, I thought the doner tasted fine. I asked for additional spicy sauce and I think it made it taste pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute horror, avoid like the plague!
As a Turkish person, I’m ashamed of the abysmal quality and the audacity they have asking these exorbitant prices. This place should simply close, permanently.
The food you get is almost kids portion. The beef tastes bland, chicken is not well seasoned. Koftes are tiny and dry. Sucuk, is basically uncooked. Check out the picture to see the sorry state it was served. A proper sucuk should be the length of the entire wrap, an inch thick and well seared on all sides. Not tiny raw round slices.
They cook on demand, meaning for something so simple as putting five ingredients in a wrap, you wait at least 15 minutes. It’s unacceptable.
I truly wish there was a lower score I could give.
