We had a very pleasant exchange and I spent some good money on some excellent quality Yarns. I would highly recommend this business, and I will be returning.

I went in looking for embroidery cotton in a specific colour. They didn't have what I needed, but they went out of their way to make sure I could get it.
They recommended another store. I got it there.
Not many would do that. It's what I would call excellent customer service.
I would shop here again.
