★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had an issue living here, yes it’s a old building you hear people. But I always have felt safe and had no issues with anyone. I regret leaving!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual at the beginning everything is fine. These place has surveillance cameras everywhere, we are been watch 24/7, if you like privacy, forget it.
There are a couple (rude and arrogant and disrespectful ) In charge of these building, they are watching everything that moves inside and outside the building (including your visitors) .
These building is old and has no sound proofing, they tell you that these building is very quiet, but you can hear the neighbor downstairs sneeze.
The caretakers whent in side our apartment, without our consent.
We where charged $130 for cleaning our clean carpet, and another people downstairs where charged only $80.00
