I was in a hurry so I called a few times back to back because I assumed no one was answering because they hadn’t shown up to work. So I called again about a half hour later. An angry lady picks up the phone and is upset that I called so many times while she was in a meeting and hangs up. There was no way I could’ve known that she was but I called back to apologize and left a message along with a few questions about availability. It’s been over a week now with no reply to either my calls or messages. I then left a message from their website and asked the same questions hoping to get a email back. Still nothing after a week. I get that she was upset but you’re running a business. How can you be so childish in a customer service role when someone is trying desperately to get a hold of you? You can have a great building and location but it’s unacceptable to treat people like this.

I feel very safe living in this building. The location can’t be beat, it’s right across the street from anything you could need/want! I love living in this apartment building!
T	Tim Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend lives in the apartment and her 75 year old mom had to walk a block and half because they use visitor parking for company vehicles and allow residents to use it for personal parking. The apartments themselves are very outdated. Mold issues. The homeless harass the tenants and abuse the building. The owner themselves are more like slumlords. Stay away. There are so many nice apartments around town. Management and maintenance staff are high turnover so nothing gets done.
