★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is notoriously difficult to get a hold of should you have any issues. Attempted to update my credit card on file for four months, got quite the run around between auto reply emails and a voicemail inbox where calls were never returned. Their website showed my account as not needing payment and would not allow me to update my credit card info because of this.
Due to the issue, was unable to park in the lot. Once I finally did get a hold of someone, was informed I needed to backpay the four months of parking that I was unable to use because I didn't ask to cancel my parking while attempting to get a hold of them. Despite explaining the amount of calls and emails, and issues with the website where I had repeatedly tried to update my payment information, I was informed that their customer service is flawless, they always return calls and emails, and it was my fault I couldn't get a hold of anyone.
Based on other reviews in other cities, customer service is a huge issue with Indigo and they are impossible to get a hold of.
0/10 would not park here again.
