★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I payed for a parking day before.When I click ( get my pass) then get directions to the indigo lot 199, The route took me to a street where there is no parking entrance, or sign for Indigo parking or any parking sign. Tried 3 times but no results. I spent 15 minutes and couldn't find the parking. I contacted Indigo customer service they said (due to our policies we can not refund ) Although if they check my code, they will know that I did not use it and did not enter their parking lot.
