When you return from your next trip, we will be waiting to pick you up at one of two shuttle bus bays that are located across the arrivals curb. Please follow overhead signage as you exit the Calgary Airport for directions. Our shuttle buses run on a 10 minute cycle. You don't have to call us, but if you want to phone us, please call (403) 226-0010.

Donna, our driver, was super helpful getting luggage John and making sure she had everyone’s correct parking areas. We were tired from a long day of travel and just wanted to get home and the vehicle pick up was seamless
T	Tuong Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience here recently. They have always been my go-to airport parking and shuttle service, frequent shuttles, no wait, and the best pricing. We recently went on a 2 week trip and was worried about our car starting when we got back because of the recent cold spell, and sure enough my car needed a boost. The shuttle driver was thoughtful enough to wait to check if my car would start (which he did for all passengers) and when it wouldn’t start he drove me back to the office where the booster truck was waiting, took me to my vehicle, cleared the snow on my car, gave me a boost and had me back in my car within minutes! They went above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone!

Recently (and I’m sure COVID has something to do with this) the service levels are very low. Took almost 14 minutes to get picked up to go to the airport and then about a 15 min wait when we came back. Another concern (which is completely fixable without adding staff) is the non-enforcement of passengers wearing masks. This concern is something that shouldn’t even have to be discussed. Tell your passengers to wear masks.

The driver waited to see if my vehicle would start when it was -29 and of course it didn't, so she told me to get back on the bus and drove me to meet the tow truck. The truck driver made sure I was comfortable and warm while he boosted my vehicle and cleaned the snow off of it. Everyone at pick up and drop off was friendly and helpful.

The bus driver dropped us off near our vehicle and waited till our car was starting okay (which has been sitting for more than ten days). As he found that our car had no battery, he drove to the office for further assistance. We were then able to jumpstart the engine soon with their pick up truck. Very caring and attentive. Shuttles run frequently too to make sure that you will not be late.

I got to Park & Jet on Feb. 26 (driver of the shuttle was Debbie), very prompt service, she immediately made sure my heavier luggage was stored correctly. On return trip (March 5), impressed that I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. Driver was very kind and waited to ensure my car started okay in the cold weather. So impressed. Quick / prompt service, including at the pay area on checkout. I was trying to use my CAA card for the discount and the attendant came out right away and helped me put my discount through.

The shuttle was clean and the driver was very friendly. When we returned after our getaway we waited less then 5 min at the assigned location. I really appreciate how efficient they are and again the driver was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use Park and Jet again for my next getaway.

Once we arrived home, the shuttle was again quick and the driver was friendly. When I got to my vehicle, the shuttle that drove us back had left and we realized my SUV was completely dead. Another shuttle came to check on us within a minute and I explained my SUV was dead and she immediately called for help. This incredibly kind gentleman came with a booster pack which unfortunately didn't work. He then ran back and got the truck and boosted again. He waited with me over 20 minutes to ensure we were good to go. Not once did I feel rushed, or like I was an inconvenience. He truly was happy to help. The staff here is absolutely incredible and I am so grateful to have had such kind caring individuals helping me out during a stressful situation. Above and beyond service!
