My wife and I recently used their Airport express service (last Monday and Thursday).
They were the only ones that provided a schedule that met our needs especially return from Banff.
The buses were clean, all safety (COVID) protocols were followed and the buses were on time. Appreciate that they use Highway coaches with washroom on board.
Would definitely recommend and book again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. On December 17th I booked a shuttle from Calgary airport to Canmore. My flight was late because there were no free stairs for passengers to leave the plane, for 30 min I tried to call company as well as reaching their online chat service and no one picked up. On the Brewster counter lady said she can’t help me because it will take her 20 min to turn on the computer, so I should wait 1,5h for the next shuttle but if it’s full they can’t help me ?♀️ I keep calling the company and no one is answering. For this price this is a joke and complete luck of respect of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE WARNED! Do not use this company if you want to make your flight out of Calgary on time. They will deviate from their itinerary and head downtown before the airport, get stuck in traffic, and leave you delayed by over an hour. Absoultely unacceptable and not be trusted.
Take the Banff Airporter instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why people don't take the time to leave a review in Google about Brewster Express as I was reluctant at first to book with them because of the lack of reviews compared to their competitors, but in my heart it's telling me to book here as they have been in the business for the longest time, so I did and didn't regret it as it was super worth it! They are the cheapest shuttle bus (as far as my research goes) BUT it doesn't mean that they offer way less service as their Customer Service and the Drivers were exceptional! We're from a different province so we took a bit of time touring Calgary before hopping back to the airport for pick-up and we got stuck in the traffic so we're almost 10 minutes late, but I called Brewster's hotline and they were so kind enough to call the dispatcher to have the driver wait for us instead of us being re-scheduled in the afternoon trip. They are so accommodating, friendly, and just marvellous! We're so satisfied and I highly recommend them! The travel was so smooth, very comfortable, we didn't feel tired at all given it's a 2-hour ride as it would be if we're in a car and I feel secured given I have a hyper toddler which got his own seat for free and they even have a washroom on board which makes it so convenient. We love their service overall and would be using them again in the future! Thank you so much, Brewster Express! You are doing an awesome amazing job in making your customer's trip so much ease! A very happy customer here! :)

We had a last minute pick up location change from Banff to Canmore, and they were great to adjust our booking for no extra fee.

Spotless buses, punctual service, careful driving and beyond friendly drivers. They've gotten my family home in three blizzards so far, and not once was the ride anything but comfortable and safe - when it would have been very stressful in a car.
I have and will continue to recommend Brewster to all of my friends flying into Calgary and heading to the mountains.
