The frames are very up to date and stylist and he has great recommendations. I think that is due to his length of experience in the industry. I highly recommend his shop and service.

I am from Ontario and was visiting for a couple months and wasn't sure if they would be able to get my exact prescription and brand in. The owner was super helpful and made sure I got the right contacts - he also threw in a couple of samples! I was honestly considering ordering my contacts from here once I moved back to Ontario since the service was so good.

I walked in after my glasses had dropped the screw that attaches the right arm.... he greeted me warmly and had my glasses repaired and back to me in no more than 2 min flat. I asked what I owed and he waved me off, like no other optical place had done before! I know where I'm going for my next set of frames! Also, love how frames are displayed under their price point as opposed to brand, etc.... making it very clear what I can expect to pay.... love this optical location, run don't walk, to Parkgate Optical!!
