If you get road side it's too noisy.
Don't have central a/c. If you use given 100 yr old a/c,your hydro bill will be skyrocket.
Even if you don't use a/c,your monthly bill will be a crazy amount.
Every other week they have water shutdown issue and that too for whole day.
When you leave and discontinue lease, somehow they convince you and charge 100 for cleaning fees.
I'd recommend do not clean at all coz either way you'll be paying.
Underground parking has something dropping off from ceiling which stick to your car and won't come out at all. You will be ended up getting white spot on your mirror clean vehicle.
Find other location.
