No issues, friendly staff and overall a solid option leaving your car in a secure place while you're on vacation. My personal gripes are the shuttle tend to be slow and the price-tag isn't exactly economical. I'd use this service again.

Use the same spot to hop on the shuttle to your parking spot. If you have used the online service, you scan your barcode on entrance to get in, and scan again to pay on your way out. Drivers are helpful and friendly and would go out of their way to help you get as close to your vehicle as possible.
S	Sue Han on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is quite simple. You reserve online. Scan your ticket to enter. Take the shuttle to the airport. When you get back you check which shuttle brings you there. Get your car, scan paper and pay. Dont forget to note where you are parked so you can select the right shuttle back to your car.

You'd think a long-term parking lot would be prepared to deal with issues stemming from long-term parking, like a dead battery.

As soon as you want actual customer service, that's when you're in for a (bad) treat. - If you try to talk to someone on the phone, most often than not, the agents are rude/expeditious. Not helpful at all. - If you try emailing, you'll get an answer every blue moon. I even tried Twitter, no luck there either. I cannot wait for another similar service to be available at airports. Very disappointing experience with their customer service overall.

The only negative was when I returned the automated gate did not recognize my ticket. It was NOT faded. Had to wait for an attendant to arrive, which when he scan it in the office but had no luck either. He advised me it may have been a printer problem. It delayed my exit by 10-15 minutes. The purpose of automated parking machines is speed and convenience, which this was not. They need better machines.
