We had 2 people in a lift. Our service technician arrived in less than 10min and solved the problem quickly. Always a good relationship with the technicians and the service call center is effective

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a review for this branch. It’s review for Thyssen elevator that we have in our condo and evey 2 weeks goes down and techs come thy fix something but the story starts again. Garbage quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They installed elevators in our new building. The elevators go down what feels like every 2 weeks. Sometimes it takes days to repair them. Do not recommend using this company.
