They were very approachable and informative while going the extra mile to accomodate my needs. Coming from a construction background, this building is extremely well maintained in all aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a safe, luxurious and we'll appointed condo you can't go wrong with Parc Nuvo. I have lived here since it became habitable. The concierge staff are really first class crew. They make everyone feel comfortable, but if you have bad intentions, well you will be out of luck as they will shut it down for the safety of the community. The property manager is also on top of her game as well. She was here from the start and is very well informed and has maintained the building at a very high level of care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk staff were so amazing and helpful. They were the best part of this building. Communication was difficult with management and customer service of Del Rentals. No updates were made to the building in the year I lived there although there were improvements to be made. I lived there during covid so no amenities were opened yet we kept paying condo fees. They took away visitor overnight parking for the entire year of covid which was very difficult to maneuver. Very loud all the time with the Kipling busses. Overall it’s a nice place to live for a bit but I wouldn’t highly recommend the building.
