★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold 2 years ago. Too many issues. Board had 2 sets of rules. One for the board and one for those who asked too many questions. Would have been good for at least one person on board to have read the Ontario condo. I would ask for certain records and their response would be that I wasn't entitled to them. I would show them the condo act, they called their lawyer$$$ who informed them that I was correct. Much more, but I think you get idea. Mostly very gullible senior residents. Train tracks next to building are horrendous. Day and night loud rattling. Forget about sitting on tiny bslcony
